Which payment methods are accepted?

The payment methods accepted are: • Cash on delivery (€5 supplement), payable to the courier in cash only. • Credit card • PayPal • Scalapay • Satispay

I made a mistake filling in my order. Can I cancel it?

Neither the products ordered nor payment methods can be changed for all orders.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I add, change or remove products from it?

No, once your order has been completed it is no longer possible to change the products in it.

Can I change my order payment method?

No, once your order has been completed it is no longer possible to change this. Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been paid for (cash on delivery).

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our delivery times vary from 3 to 5 working days (so excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) depending on whether the products are available in the warehouse or currently being made. The day your order is sent you’ll get a delivery confirmation and around 24/48 hours later the courier will message you directly with a delivery tracking number.

I wasn’t in when the courier came. What should I do?

If the courier can’t deliver you your order at the first attempt, don’t worry. They’ll try again.

The product received was wrong, defective or damaged. What do I do?

Email info@valentinagiorgi.com with your order number and the name the order was made in, describing the product mistakenly received or send a photo of the defective or damaged products. We will answer within 48 working hours with guidelines and procedure for your specific case.

How do I return a product?

To return a product email spedizioni@valentinagiorgi.com with your decision to take advantage of the right to return within 15 days of receipt. Package the undamaged product with a note in its original packaging. N.b.: the product must not have been used. Send the package with your preferred courier to: Valentina Giorgi s.r.l. Via Pirano 8 61010 Tavullia (PU) On receipt of the package, the assistance office will assess the product’s condition and refund your money. Refunds will be made within 10 working days via the same payment method used when ordering. If the product has been paid for by cash on delivery, send your bank details with the form and a bank transfer will be made.
