Each of our creations is unique in its kind, entirely handmade, so every possible imperfection is to be considered as a feature of uniqueness of the product and not as a defect! We are sure that you will fall in love with it as we did when we created it!
But if the spark does not spark, do not worry, you can decide to return the purchased creation within 15 days from the date of delivery of your order.
Here’s what you’re gonna do:
1 Put the creations in their original packaging, making sure that the tags are attached and that everything is in perfect condition as you received it (NB: the product must not have been used), insert inside the return form filled with your data, Wrap everything and seal with tape
2 Think about it one last time... sure you want to leave your VG creation? You could become inseparable companions! But if you really don’t want to give her a chance
